Reset your password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page — a reset link is emailed to your verified address.

Your data

Orion stores what it needs to run your account and nothing more: your email, your library and watch history, and your settings. Show/movie metadata comes from TMDB and game metadata from IGDB; your personal watch data is never shared with them or anyone else. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Delete your account

Section titled “Delete your account”

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  1. In Orion, open Settings and choose Delete account — or go directly to orionmedia.app/delete-account (sign in if asked).
  2. Orion emails a confirmation link to your address.
  3. Click the link to confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your account, library, watch history, settings, API token, and sessions are all removed.

After deletion, any calendar subscriptions, widgets, or integrations using your old API token stop working (they were reading your data — there’s no longer any to read).
