Create your account
Orion runs in your browser at orionmedia.app — nothing to install to get started (the Android app is optional and adds widgets and notifications).
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to orionmedia.app. You’ll land on the sign-in page.
- Choose Sign up and enter your email address and a password, or use Continue with Google if you prefer.
- If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a verification email from Orion <noreply@orionmedia.app> and click the link. You can’t sign in until your email is verified — it’s also how password resets and account deletion confirmations reach you.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Once verified, sign in with your email and password (or Google). Your session persists on that device until you sign out.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page — you’ll get a reset link by email.
Your data is yours
Section titled “Your data is yours”Everything you track in Orion is private to your account: your library, watch history, and settings are never visible to other users. A personal API token lets you read your own data from widgets, Home Assistant, or scripts, and you can delete your account — and all data with it — at any time.
